dried leaves are used in antiseptic ointments. It’s an antiseptic in nature,
paste of this leaf is applied on fresh cut or wounds to stop external bleeding
and to promote quick healing. Leaf decoction is also used for treatments of
dysentery, piles, ulcer, Inflammation, Anemia and menstrual problems.
